Neck issue
I saw Dr Houle for the first time for a lump on the side of my neck. I was told it could be a few different things by different doctors. He examined my neck and also did a scope via my nose. I thought he was thorough and efficient, and his exam helped to confirm it was benign and thus relieved my mind amidst some ongoing other medical issues. It didn't take long to get an appt, staff were very nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family or friends needing to see an ENT.

Dr. Houle
Excellent experience with Dr. Houle. Very mild mannered and wonderful personality. Made me feel at ease. He explained in very easy to understand language. He has a great sense of humor. I trust him completely.

Thorough exam
I was impressed that Dr. HOULE took the time to go over my medical history, including tests that were performed prior to my visit. If he didn’t have it in front of him, he took the time to review it before I left. He was able to perform needed test within the office at the same visit. I will follow up with the recommended treatment.

The best ent I ever went to
I’ve been going to Dr. Houle for 13 years. He had been one of the most caring doctors I have. Very attentive, explains everything so I can understand it and very proactive. Whenever I’m really sick with my ears, sinuses or throat they get me in. When I had experienced vertigo, twice, they got me in that day. They always follow up with me and I never had a reason to complain. In addition the staff has always been extremely friendly.

He is very dismissive and does not help patients once he has treated them and the treatment does not work. When someone losses their hearing suddenly, time is of the essence in treatment. after he tried steroid injections that did not work, we were told, "sorry, you may just have to live without hearing in one ear". The doctor he referred us to has never called back after 3 tries.

A very positive first impression. Lots of tests and I interfaced with a lot of staff members, all of whom were competent and friendly. Very impressed with Dr Houle. Only issue was on arrival - lots of people in the waiting room and minimal social distancing. I was very uncomfortable. When I return I will stay in the parking lot and ask them to call me when they are ready for me.

Dr. Bai Rossi, the Audiologist in this office, was wonderful in providing me with my new Phonak hearing aides. She was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and excellent in every way. I am very happy with her, the office and my new hearing aides

I visited for routine ear exams and concerns with hearing. Dr Houle seemed like a competent doctor and was a friendly man, but consistently seemed rushed and unconcerned about his patients. With the sheer number of doctors in the area, I would not recommend Dr. Houle.
