Dr. Hines is amazing and the best Doctor
Dr. Hines saved my life back in 2009 I don't want to expose my personal business however I can say Dr. Hines was the best Dr for my care and my Grandmothers care before she passed away. I will always be Thankful for having Dr Hines as my Dr and friend and keeping me cancer free .Thank you Dr. Hines for all the love and care for my grandma and myself. Your truly amazing.

Awful Labor Experience
Doctor attempted to insert fetal scalp electrode while I was in labor even though I declined. I felt my medical autonomy was not respected. I felt violated and helpless. HealthGrades rejected my first review, saying it violated community standards--despite the absence of profanity or any other violations, which feels like an attempt to shield this physician from well-deserved criticism. Let's see if this one makes the cut. Do not allow this doctor to deliver your baby.

I arrived at my appointment time coming from another city with a sick baby and didn't feel good myself, James Hines told me to come back 2.5 hours later because he had a surgery to do and I wasn't early. He shouldn't have made an appointment if he meant ten minutes earlier. I needed the appointment due to pain from a tear that got stitched up poorly by some other doctor at valley that delivered me who I had never met. I would not recommend these people to anyone.
