spectacular care from a genuinely nice fellow
Dr. Herman is a delight. Competent, caring, and efficient. His staff are excellent, and highly professional. Because he is in high demand, he sometimes gets held up an hour or two for routine appts - because there's been an emergency or he's still in surgery... which is always understandable given his specialty! His staff is great about communicating and rescheduling, and he's well worth any minor inconvenience/wait. Very pleased with the outcome of my procedure and with level of care received.

Dr. Herman did my surgery back in 1996. A discectomy times two, C4-5 and C5-6. It wasn't an elective procedure and I'm so glad he took such great care of me. I can't thank him enough for doing so. It's 25 years later and am still grateful for his expertise!

Dr. Herman & Jessica took their time to explain everything and answered all of my questions (I had a page full). Cindy was my advocate, she made IT happen with the help of everyone there. Before you know it I was walking out of the office and went straight over to VCMH... blood, x-rays, CT scan & EKG. The whole process was scary, fast, informative & I'm glad this was the place I came. I did get a 2nd opinion which made me even more confident Dr. Herman was the RIGHT doctor for me!

comes in 45 minutes after appointment time and just tries to rush me out the door. Completely dismissive of me as a patient and not interested in anything I have to say. Absolutely brutal.
