I came to Dr. Guerra with shoulder problems that did not allow me to raise my arm above my head and I could not sleep on my side. Dr. Guerra cleaned out a bunch of arthritis and removed a bone spur. He also cleared out the channel where ligaments slide up and down and that gave me the ability to rotate my arm again. He is the only doctor you will need for shoulder surgery.

Outstanding
Dr. Guerra performed a procedure to repair a partial tear of my patella tendon a few years ago with excellent results. I returned recently to have him clean up my left shoulder due to decades of wear and tear from weight training with the same excellent result. I cannot recommend Dr. Guerra and his team highly enough! 5 stars.

Excellent
Doctor patient demeanor demonstrates confidence in Dr. Guerra’s diagnosis and recommended course of action. No need to do anything other than what Dr Guerra recommends. I was previously told by another doctor that surgery was likely needed. Dr. Guerra said it was not needed as therapy is working. I appreciate his honesty.

The best in Naples
