Dr. Gorman is a great Doctor. I have also seen Dr. Heist at Dr. Gorman's office and he is just as great. Melissa and Kathy are very helpful and thoughtful. I am thankful for the help I have received for my eyes. Thank you!!

First visit was with Dr. Heist and I had no issue. Was brought back 3 more times--$30.00 co-pay every time I walked in the door. Was being seen by Dr. Gorman for the rest of the visits, not as pleasant an experience as with Dr. Heist. Had me coming back for multiple tests that supposedly could not be done on same day--office blamed ins. co. -I called ins. co they said that was not correct. Bottom line after 4 visits and $120.00 later I had no answer to what I was going to be checked for.

This physician brings you back for multiple follow up visits on a routine eye exam, so he can charge the insurance companies for unnecessary additional services. I was charged for services I never received. He advised me that he was concerned my blood pressure could be elevated. However, he never checked my BP, checked the pressure in my eyes or advised me to follow up with anyone for my pressure. Just told me to get some labs and follow up in 2 wks with him. This is bad medicine. I could go on.
