Dr. Goad did 2 surgery on me and he was great, I wouldn't change him for anyone else, his staff is also great if I ever need another surgery I will go to him.

He recently saw me as a consultant because I had a gallbladder infection and he certainly was fairy personal ,kind. he communicate with me really well and explain what was my condition and why they needed to postpone the surgery and treat me first with antibiotics and later on she proceeded to do the gallbladder surgery. My experience has been excellent . His staff is really good his school coordinator Keeshia was fantastic. In all my interactions with Dr. Goad he has been really outstanding he explained the surgery procedures complications and everything the day of the surgery he review all that again he was always available for questions and his follow up has been excellent I receive all the instructions that I needed I certainly highly recommend Dr. James Goad as a fantastic surgeon.He use for my surgery the robotic surgery and everything went fine without any complications.I’m extremely pleased with his care

Dr. Goad and his staff are fantastic! Nobody likes to have surgery but he and his team made me feel comfortable throughout the complete process of surgery! Recovery has been a snap as he and his team did everything as minimally invasive as possible. I highly recommend them!

The best surgeon I have ever used! Also the best staff ever! They will bend over backwards for you to make sure your visit is comfortable for you! During my lifetime I have had several surgeries, but, never have I had an amazing surgeon and staff to make me know that if I need any other surgeries I will only go to Dr Goad! I recommend this to anyone who needs a surgeon!

I would absolutely recommend Dr Goad to my friends, family or anyone looking for a highly skilled surgeon with exceptional bedside manner. I think he’s the best out there (I had two other surgical consults). Dr Goad performed my hernia surgery 2/2017 & when I needed my gallbladder removed this week 9/2018 I returned to Dr Goad & am again 100% happy. In today’s day & age where insurance companies have changed care it has not at this office. Everyone in his office gives exceptional patient care.

Would not recommend. Saw him for a buttock issue. After first surgery issue soon returned, after second surgery it returned again. This was just within several months. Turned out he gave the wrong diagnosis. I finally saw a specialist who told me what it actually was and he removed it - one time, with lots less inconvenience and discomfort compared to the first two wrongly diagnosed surgery's. I will say the staff and Dr. alone are nice enough people but lets get it right the first time please.

Dr. Was great BUT office clueless. My daughter has a cyst on her spleen, she called the office to make an appointment and told them what she was coming for AND had her films sent to him. She arrives, fills out the papers sees three medical assistants who all ask her why she’s there, in walks the doc to tell her he DOES NOT OPERATE ON SPLEENS ?? this wouldn’t be so bad if she didn’t skip a day of grad school in an advanced doctorate program in Miami, now she has exams coming and has to wait to se

Dr. James Goad is by far the best I have come across , he's is all and more of what a patient expects from a Dr , the knowledge , caring and understanding are over the top after years of suffering thanks to him my quality of life is better than in my younger years , simply amazing !!!
