Absolutely terrible at continuing care. I enjoyed my visit with him, but I spent a year trying to get answers. His staff, including office manager, are beyond disrespectful and unprofessional.

Explained everything to me and family in such a clear, caring way, while in an ER setting was so helpful. Listened to our questions, was not in a rush and showed genuine interest in helping. Uncommon for any level of medical care these days let alone someone of his specialty.

Ok Dr. Frey, no medication call in again. No phone message stating that I need to come in and you can't refill my prescription. I am not a mind reader. You are the scientist. I am done with your grumpy staff and you. I hear your colleagues are better at patient care--Sorry, it is time for me to move on and NEVER recommend you. When I asked you to explain my stroke, your response, I wouldn't understand. I have 3 advanced degrees--Talk to me like a five year old. I don't care.

Dr Frey was very pleasant, but easily distracted. Very difficult to get an appointment. I uploaded my images into Barrow system, but no one even tried to bring them up during the appointment, and no one could load the images from the CD that I brought from my hospital. Dr Frey also told my neurologist Doctor that he would call 6pm Dr Frey never called and has to contact the neurologist.
