Did not tell me about my surgery for 11 days
Repeated mistakes, too many to list here. For a surgeon who walked into the room, introduced himself & said 'We f'ed up' he made a few mistakes, the worst of which was he didn't tell me about my surgery for 11 days, no one did, even 5 days after when I left a vm for someone to call me & tell me about the surgery. No one did, ever. My prescheduled 7 day postop visit with Dr. Fletcher was changed to a nurse visit, who wasn't present during tbe surgery. IT WAS 11 DAYS BEFORE DR. FLETCHER TOLD ME WHAT OCCURRED DURING MY SURGERY. What kind of surgeon would do this to someone he cut open? What kind of human would do this to another human? It was a broken wrist, but I had a right to know what he found & did during surgery. This is very concerning.

Amazing, Caring Doctor
Dr. Fletcher is what every doctor should be. He cares about his patients and sees them as individuals! He will sit and talk to you, explain EVERYTHING and checks up on his patients as if they are family. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon who will care for your child, this is your doctor!

Give this Doc a Big Hand!
I had Dupuytren's Contracture for many years that slowly got worse. Finally decided to do something about it once I could only do push-ups on my knuckles. With Dr. Fletcher's recommendation for needle aponeurotomy and research a surgeon friend of mine turned up on-line where I found a research summary of over 900 cases using many different locations, facilities, patient conditions, etc. I went with that approach. The procedure on my first hand had literally about 2 seconds of ouch for the first anesthesia needle. After that it was virtually painless for the rest of the procedure and day and days to follow! I did keep the bandage over the wound for the second day, but there was almost no bleeding. The second hand, done about a month later was even more pain free. The downside is that in 5 to 7 or 10 years, I might want to go through that again if the condition returns. It seems like a good trade-off compared to a more involved approach that may last longer but takes weeks to heal.

I can not say enough about Dr. Fletcher. At 38 years old I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and facing a double mastectomy. Long story short my surgery was 6 months ago and I’ve never looked or felt better. He is a kind, compassionate and amazing surgeon.

Vanguard is the place to go for any cosmetic need! They are helpful and professional from the very beginning. I found this gem back in December of 2016 during an initial consult. Their office is immaculate! The design and atmosphere makes you feel at ease. They also have plenty of pamphlets available in the waiting area and I was able to read more about the procedures I was considering. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Also, they offer refreshments as you wait for your consult (which is

I came to Dr. Dreszer and Dr. Fletcher in early 2017 with a severe/chronic bone infection. This all began in September 2009 when I suffered a compound fracture of my right Tibia and Fibula.. Over the course of the next 8 years I went through 16 surgeries (no, that is not a typo), 5 bone infections, and one blood infection. Finally in early 2017 Dr. Fletcher saved my leg with a single surgery and I am finally well again. These guys are the best, I wished I would have went to them earlier.

Dr. Fletcher attended to my nine year old son who was seriously burned on the face and chest. Both Dr. Fletcher and his partner, Dr. Drezner, advised us as to the best way to proceed, and after two surgeries, my son looks amazing relative to where he started. I am forever thankful to both Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Drezner for all they have done for my son and my entire family.

My name is Brenda R. from St. Paul,MN and I was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carsanoma 9 years ago and unfortunately I (I now regret) started out with a different plastic surgeon. I was sent to Dr. Fletcher to have a tram flap surgery ( those of you who had or have breast cancer you know what that is.) He specialized in the tran flap surgery. He did a great job. Then he and i spent approximately the next 8 years making me perfect and fixed the other surgion screw ups. Please choose Fletche
