Rude, not helpful, unkind.
I went to the Bone & Joint Institute for their emergency hours. I’ve had an autoimmune disorder for 20 plus years and occasionally the pain is bad enough in my shoulders that it hurts to breathe. This was one of those times. Typically, the provider listens to my history and does injections with a steroid of some sort. Not Dr. Fiechtl, he was condescending the entire time and sent me on my way without even doing a thorough exam. When I attempted to explain my medical history and the current pain I was experiencing in my shoulders, he cut me off and he said it could be something to do with my lungs, like an embolism. If that was actually what he suspected then why did he let me leave, or at the very least say why wouldn’t you tell us we should go to the ER? He needs to go back to kindergarten and learn about putting his listening ears on. He is the worst provider I’ve seen since 1999, which is impressive given how many doctors I’ve dealt with. Don’t waste your time with him.

Excellent physician. Wonderful bedside manner. Attentive, sharp, caring. Barely felt the knee injection and got excellent results

Dr. Fiechtl is an awesome doctor! I have seen him for tendonits for me and for my kids with fractured bones. He is so kind and caring!!

Very satisfied with everything about the Bone and Joint Clinic, Dr. Fiechtl was very attentive to my complaints, and gave excellent care.....and being able to get an appointment quickly is important, and they do......A++++ all the way around
