Very friendly and easy to deal with. He explains exams and eye conditions well, using lay-language. Staff accommodating, smiling, helpful.

I don't doubt Dr. Felch's expertise, but I was blindsided with a $400+ bill for a very short visit and quick exam. I can't afford this; I won't be back.

I tried Multiple times over a number of visits to get him to listen to me about my eye complaints, blurriness, glare, pain, and night blindness. He said there was nothing wrong except dry eyes. I went for a second opinion and was shocked to discover that I actually have several issues going on that Dr. Felch had never addressed at all. Extremely disappointed

Dr Felch performed cataract surgery and a lens implant on my right eye. I could not be more pleased. He’s great, very easy to talk to and his staff was great. Left eye is scheduled for next week!

Had my second visit with Dr. Felch yesterday (last one was a year ago.) As before, Dr. Felch conducted a thorough examination. Unlike some other doctors I no longer visit, he did not rush through the examination (I don't like doctors who appear to be in a "hurry" and appear obsessed with seeing lots of patients.) I would have no difficulty in recommending Dr. Felch if one of my friends or family members requested a referral.

Do not see this doctor. Tests are inadequate. I was a patient of his for 9 years and am going blind due to a missed diagnosis.

Didn't pay attention to what I was telling him and kept putting me off till my eye was not repairable and no cure. Very lucky I didn't sue.

The last two times I visited Dr. Felch I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours. My other doctor has a survey called M3 Patient Experience that gives them feedback from patients. I wish Dr. Felch had this so he could see how long patients have to wait. Not sure anyone at his office will actually see this.
