They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They explained everything in none medical language.

Everyone was fantastic except for Kristy, the X-ray tech. Kristy was rude and did not allow me to go in X-ray with my son. When she called my son’s name, I stood up with him and we walked towards her and then she asked which one of us was the patient as if she was confused about who the teenage boy was and who his mother was. She said I could return to my seat because it was against policy for me to go back with him. I have always been allowed in the treatment areas with my son at the other locations because he’s a minor. If there was a change in policy since my son’s last visit, then it should’ve been expressed in a more polite tone and maybe there should be a sign indicating that parents are not allowed in X-ray with their children. Otherwise, everyone else provided exceptional service.

Dr Creighton explained everything about my issue and how we could go about treating the problem. I did not feel rushed. I would be recommending him for sure.

Both Dr. C and his nurse practioner went above and beyond for my office visit. 10 out of 10.

Dr. Creighton listened to my concerns. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He offered surgical options and was willing to start with less invasive treatments such as therapy. He indicated that he had not performed the surgical procedures I would need with my additional issues so he was not certain of the outcomes. He mentioned that he would consult with his peers. I appreciated his honesty. Office is very efficient.

I was right impressed with Dr. Creighton and his entire staff. I never felt rush by him. He spent as much time answering my question as I needed. he just performed surgery on my left hand with the finger soap bent that I saw no hope of it getting straightened, but he did it. His PA Shanon is also incredible responding within 10 minutes of my message. The entire staff from reception on is very friendly and helpful. I would never hesitate to use Dr. Creighton again or recommend him to my family members. I am very grateful for his knowledge and expertise and for his personality. my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Creighton and his entire staff!
