Carless
As a new patient at this practice I was confused and concerned on my first visit. The Dr came into the room and then picked up a personal call and walked out the room. When he returned he spoke of only him self, and I guess he is related to Dan Gilbert. We really never discussed why I was there or my concerns. I Was told to come back in a few weeks for a Physical. Needless to say avoid this Dr unless you want a social visit.

He's too OLD and too CLOSED-MINDED! AVOID!
This was only my second visit to Dr. Bragman's practice and it is my last! Why? He is not qualified in the areas I require an Internist to be with the modicum of Endocrinology know-how. NOTE: I am well aware that he is an Osteopath. However, NOT ... is unable to get pass his own narrow-minded pathway; not open to concrete input; stonewall. I had attempted to share with the doctor my experience and knowledge with a specific Endo protocol that worked effectively for me, and we oscillated to no-end with me shutting him down. Bragman was NOT open at all; that is an archaic way to think in 2024,25. It would have been better had he simply admitted that Endo type protocols are above his pay grade. I wasted my money, time, with this inept doctor. I will NOT be back; I do NOT recommend him to anyone that is above-average in intelligence and thoroughly understand what works for her or him. Dr. Bragman is accustomed to lapdog type patients; those that have zero acumen about anything medical.

The absolute worst Doctor I’ve seen….
I recently returned home to Michigan and had my initial visit with Dr. Bragman to connect with an Internal Medicine Doctor. I came to my visit fully prepared with a folder full of information about the doctors that I was seeing in another state, medication list, MRI report, even the doctor’s bio. With multiple surgeries, recovering from 2 auto accidents, MS, chronic pain, MS fatigue, trauma of the brain, etc. He seemed very professional until it was time to refill any medications. I’m all about living a happy life and you would’ve discussed ANY medication changes at the initial appointment, but no! He never discussed alternatives, just bluntly stated that what he’s not filling and gives you no explanation whatsoever. He shows no empathy, extremely arrogant, and speaks to patients like your beneath him. I will definitely be contacting Medicare. And to abruptly stop a medication without any suggestions is pathetic. But if I have to go to the hospital I will make sure an attorney knows.

The worst
The bad reviews are spot on. He’s arrogant and distracted. The good reviews must be fake since there are rarely patients in his office. His staff is always shuffling files while he reads the newspaper.

Avoid
Dr. Bragman's lack of attention is detrimental to the patient. In addition, he accused me of faking my illnesses. He is a practitioner I would avoid at all costs. He will charm elderly adults into liking him and then do nothing for them. Myself and several family members used to see him and none of us go to him anymore.

I am an FNP student currently precepting with Dr. Bragman and have 6 years experience as an RN working with Dr.’s I can confidently say he’s the best I’ve ever seen! Extremely educated, up to date, caring, and you will never have this in depth of an annual physical exam which includes on every patient across the lifespan an EKG, pulmonary function test, chest, X-ray, full panel of labs, and very extensive comprehensive physical exam. I will be referring all of my family and friends.

Dr. Bragman has been my primary care physician for nearly ten years. We are a good fit because of his focus on sports medicine, and my focus on fitness and nutrition. I am 75, and I plan to be with him until he retires, which should say something about my confidence in him and his care for my health. He is thorough, knowledgeable and always explains situations clearly and helpfully. I recommend him without reservation.

My visit today was very pleasant. The receptionist was very nice. The Nurse was pleasant to talk to and courteous. She did an awesome job drawing blood and listening. The doctor in training was nice and helpful. Dr. Bragman answered all of my questions and concerns. He was pleasant to talk to and has a great "bedside manner." The whole experience today was great.
