Dr Bienvenu is great! He covers all the bases. He asks the questions (that one might just let slide by) so he gets the full picture to treat all of the patient! He will listen to the complaints and issues…and addresses them thoroughly, giving you multiple options that are pertinent to your treatment.

Dr. Bienvenu is the best Dr a patient could have. He’s very nice and polite with his patients explains things so they are easily understood does an amazing job performing the procedures to help his patients get better.

I met Dr. Bienvenu due to an ER visit that determined advanced kidney stones. I have no prior experience with this physician, I will say I am satisfied with the surgical outcome so far. However, a stent was placed during surgery that needs to be removed and I am unable to reach the office! I am one week post op and the discharge notes state the stent to be removed in 2 weeks. I have called every number offered on the website even using their text line and 2 days with NO RESPONSE from the office. I finally misdialed by mistake and got the billing office that only offered the correct number to call, no help beyond that. Office staff does not answer the phone and when the option is offered to continue to “hold” it simply continues to ring and the circle of messages repeat! I am at a loss as to how best get an appointment to have the device removed. If I am fortunate enough to get an appointment, it will be my last with this group! Step up people!!!

Dr Bienvenu doesn’t care what the patient’s wants are. Office nurse was rude. Worst doctor care I’ve experienced.

Dr. Bienvenu did a robotic removal of my cancerous prostate in July 2023. The survey went well, with minimal pain (only had to take 1 pill of my prescribed pain Rx). Having to have a catheter was more uncomfortable than the surgery. Dr. Bienvenu stated that the surgery was able to get clear margins for my cancer. So far, my 3-month and 6-month PSA tests have not shown recurrence.

At my first visit I was very pleasantly greeted, and it soon became obvious that Dr. Bienvenu carefully read my medical history forwarded by my previous doctor who is nearing retirement. He was very reassuring, recognized my personal desires and recommended a plan forward that greatly relieved my high level of anxiety.

Although it has been several years since Dr. Bienvenu removed a very rare cyst and removed my adrenal gland wanted to tell you he his the best. While I had a couple complications during my surgery he handled them as a very skilled surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone. You won't be sorry

Dr Bienvenu is a skilled surgeon and practitioner. My family is so appreciative the next grandchild or grand dog is to be named after him! After Dr B found my kidney cancer my MD family members insisted I go to their former classmates at prestigious Med centers. I had enough confidence in Dr B from our meetings to trust him with my life and he did an excellent job on my surgery. My family is very impressed. No reoccurrence in 4 years. He has helped me with other issues (Caused by Birtdays as he says) and I learn a lot on every visit.

Never had any problems get in to see Dr. right at appointment time, staff is courteous and friendly. Dr. Bienvenu has no problems answering you questions and listening to you no rush to get you out like other Doctors that I have been to.

Seen for several years, but did not accomplish anything. Did not want to look in the bladder after 2 years of treating chronic UTIs with antibiotics. Did not think he would find anything. Went to another doctor, find that I had an irritation in the bladder, was not malignant

Dr. Bienvenu along with Dr. John Lacy performed a life-saving surgery on me on Nov 4th 2018. My bladder and prostate were removed by Dr. Bienvenu by robotics with the utmost skill. Together they gave me my life back as I was ready to give up on life due to the months of pain I had. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received at this hospital and staff.
