The wait time is very minimal I was almost 1 hr early and took me I was in and out and shopping when my original appt was schelduled

As a first time patient, I showed up to my appointment around 25 minutes early fully expecting that I would need to fill out a lengthly amount of paperwork. I handed the front desk, my ID and my insurance card and that was it. I was not even seated in the lobby for more than five minutes before they were already taking me in, early for my scheduled appointment. Dr Bicos’ assistant doctor was kind and professional, gave me a quick assessment and I was getting my x-ray done 10 minutes later. I had fluid drained from my knee and a cortisol shot applied, all in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Bicos was kind and professional and checked in with me the whole time.

After being recommended by my Mom, I went to see Dr. Bicos for both of my shoulders being in an immense amount of pain for years. After driving an hour to his office, I met with 2 individuals before Dr. Bicos who seemed more interested in what I had going on, than Dr. Bicos did himself. I then spoke with Dr. Bicos for maybe 5 minutes, he ran me through one single shoulder test, and recommended physical therapy & over the counter meds for pain… saying if 6 weeks of physical therapy doesn’t help, come back and we’ll THINK about an MRI. I’m no doctor, I’m not a shoulder specialist, and I’m not Dr. Bicos, but I can tell you Physical therapy and over the counter meds will not help my shoulders that have been hurting over 5 years, wake me up every single night, multiple times a night, and that I can’t even lift or move on my own without immense & sharp pain. I was upset and let down by this experience. I drove an hour to, and an hour back to see him for 5 minutes and get recommended PT.
