Extremely fast skin exam
If you are in a hurry, then having an extremely fast skin exam may be advantageous, however I felt as though Dr Campbell was not very thorough. After I got home my husband asked me about a mole on the back of my leg basically asking what the Dr thought of that and I didn't know it was there. She never mentioned it. Also, I walked in with my face covering (even though it was 2023 and pretty much all offices including my pediatrician had made masks optional) and I was required to take off my cloth mask and wear a medical one. I found this very unnecessary.

Dr. Campbell is the Best!
I see Dr. Campbell every 6 months and for the last 16 years. She really is terrific. Dr. Campbell is very compassionate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She talks through everything you want to discuss with care and concern. I trust her. It is a pleasure to know her.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Campbell. She rushed through the appointment. Prescribed me a face cream without even looking at my face, as I was wearing a mask. I had more questions for her about my face, and she told me I could talk to the aesthetician, who came in and tried to sell me products without even hearing my concerns or looking at my face. I left feeling incredibly frustrated, and like I wasted time even going. I would never go back to this practice.

I have been a patient for about 15 years. Dr. Campbell is very informative, and patient with me. Answers all my questions, as I take a list of my medication plus a list of questions. She also has a wonderful staff, thanks to all for my excellent care! Pat May

My experience was not good. She diagnosed squamous cell skin cancer on my face and did one in-office procedure, which was excruciating because I had no idea what to expect before or during the procedure. She didn't even stop when I was crying. Afterward, it was found that some cancer remained and she was prepared to do another in-house procedure when a friend told me about Mohs procedure. I believe it was unethical for her to decide to try again without referring me for a Mohs procedure especially since it was on my face.

The wait time for Dr. Campbell has always been unreasonably long. Finally, the last visit, I waited one hour and fifteen minutes. No one came into the room to apologize or explain. I got dressed and left. The Dr. had her assistant call me to apologize and reschedule. Needless to say, I found a new Dermatologist.

My experiences with Dr. Campbell have always been professional, compassionate, thorough and quick. I like that Dr. Campbell values our time as she values her own. She is quick, yes, but it doesn't mean she's missing anything. She sees spots before I do, most of the time. Highly recommend this practice, and her entire staff. They are all very courteous and professional.

After waiting 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment Dr Campbell arrived. Upon arrival she received a personal phone call and left me for another 10 minutes. Her apology was disingenuous and as a result of the long wait time, my exam was rushed. I had several questions each of which was not answered to my satisfaction. I had a mystery rash appear that she commented what do you want me to do give you a cream? No, I wanted her expert opinion and diagnoses, neither of which I received.

Dr. Campbell has been most gracious, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful to me on my many visits for skin checks and surgeries. Dr. Campbell also went a step further when I was not able to set up an appointment right away, with a physician she had referred me to. Excellent care is most appreciated.

I had to wait for over 1 hour and 30 minutes and was seen for less than 3 minutes. She also rushed through the visit and was checking on a mole, and asked me to expose the area with the door open. It was horribly embarrassing. I was also told my copay would be $20 and was charged $60. She also prescribed me something incorrectly and it was $250 -- I can honestly say I will never be returning.
