Dr. Jamal Lone, MD

This guy is a quack in a box. I consulted his clinic for pre-op clearance for simple cataract surgery. His personnel did not know how to place EKG leads and got incorrect results. They interrupted all my sentences and did not listen. They did not follow up with my cardiologist (who cleared me) as needed with 10 days' time for my surgery and as a result my surgery was canceled. Then, as an insult, he billed my insurance $400 which was not paid, and I never even saw him! What a racket! Do not go to his practice!

I absolutely love this office! This is by far my best physician ever! Very thorough and attentive to needs. Easy access and follow up care is exceptional. Definitely my recommendation to anyone!

Dr Lone read my chart & and in 15 min explained in layman terms what he saw wrong. His recommendations got the problem solved. That was when i decided to make him & his staff my primary.

Good doctor. He is very simple and gentle in his behavior. He will give sufficient time to each patient. He studies the patient and disease meticulously. We can freely interact with the doctor. He prefers surgery when it is very much required only. I never found commercial nature in him.

The staff is always so friendly here! The wait is never very long, and I really enjoy the smiles and conversation with the ladies here; they genuinely make you feel cared for. They also offer Keurig coffee in the waiting area, which even though I don’t drink coffee, I always feel is a nice little touch towards customer service when it is offered.

I highly recommend Dr. Lone for his exceptional care and expertise. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations for my treatment options. While PA was compassionate, Incompetent office staff was constantly making medication errors . Failed to provide any assistance with appeal of a Medicare denied claim for lab tests they ordered. Terrible experience overall.

Lab order coded incorrectly. Unable to get anyone to assist to have coded properly Office staff says they will have someone call me but no one who can assist returns calls. Lab order should have been coded as medical necessity. If I can’t get assistance I will be forced to pay a bill I do not owe. I have spent numerous hours on phone trying to get this resolved. Office needs to call lab work provider to correct so claim can be submitted correctly. Extremely unhappy with communication and service.

I have been a pt of doctor lone for a long time. To be miss treated and my calls not to be returned. With all my health conditions are very sad. I held them up very highly to just be disappointed and let down.

Clean waiting area, extremely friendly staff. Dr Lone was very personable and addressed me as a person not a file. I am very impressed with his manner. Best of all he's easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and won't prescribe you a bunch of unnecessary medicine.
