excellent physician! truly one of a kind. you will not find primary care doctors or even specialists like this who truly care about their patients and their families. dr raisdana goes out of his way to accomodate our family and we love him so much. he is smart, caring and the best pediatrician you could ever ask for.

I've been going to see Dr. Dana with my children for years, and my last visit I waited over an hour just to get my kids seen. After the appointment I called the office to speak with the manager regarding a referral for my son, and she was rude and not professional at all. She refused to help me claiming that her computer wasn't working and there was no way she could check the status of my referral. She also said that she was going to call me back to help me but never did. Terrible managing !

Knowledgeable and experienced doctor and friendly office staff. The locations and hours are convenient with accommodates for walk in patient even on weekends. Dr. Dana always take his time with the kids and my daughter always leave the office with laughters.

Dr Dana himself is okay. He is nice and knowledgeable but his office in Niles, IL and ladies work there dont know what they are doing. Dana is only there once in a week which is not good because when we saw one of the nurses, she wrote us wrong prescription for my 3 months old. also, front desk ladies dont know about insurance/ referral. It takes forever. they are so slow and always on lunch or off. So bad...
