Dr. Jakoda Snider, MD

Dr. Snider and his office seemingly deprioritize some patients' care. I recently visited this office and inquired about a specific medication. Instead of having a productive conversation with me, I was given a sheet of paper and told to call my insurance company and then schedule a second appointment, provided that my insurance states it is a covered benefit. The doctor's office insisted that I schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the medication. I didn't feel this was right, as my initial appointment was to discuss that medication, and I wasn't given that option, only a sheet of paper. Since then, the office has ignored several of my calls and dismissed concerns I have had about my health. When I call and ask for help, the doctor's office puts in little to no effort to aid me, other than the absolute minimal level of care, and I am often addressed with an attitude or a poor tone. The staff state that this comes at the provider's guidance.

I find that Dr. Snider is a good listener who hears out what I have to say and who asks intelligent questions. He explains things well--clearly and patiently. He seeks my judgment at points at which that is appropriate. He has a sense of humor that he releases only in apprropriate moments. He is in great physical condition himself which is inspirational for my own desire to be more fit.
