Never available and hard to reach always seems like he’s in a rush I got surgery with him and he’s cancelled 2 of my post-op appointments and it’s tough because I have knee pain still but I don’t have a doctor to look at it

I want to begin with the office staff and assistants were awesome! My first appointment with Dr. Ni for a knee injury was rushed and cold bedside manner. I took it as he was busy with a full schedule. Seemed rushed and a bit snarky with answers. No place for this kind of behavior. My MRI was completed and I received no call back from his office. I left a message and received a call 5 days after the MRI from his assistant. Since no surgery is required he was done. He provided no guidance on what I should do only an injection that did not help. No physical therapy ordered.His follow up is non existent no response to my email. My conclusion is that there was no surgery in the future so no need to waste time on my knee. Would never recommend him to anyone I know.

I had Dr Jake Ni for my left shoulder rotator cuff tear. He took the time to explain the process and what the recovery would be. I told him I had my right shoulder done 15 years ago and the recovery was long and painful. I still can't lift my right arm all the way up. After surgery I went back to Dr Ni and we discussed what had transpired with the surgery. He said the tear was worse than expected and showed me before and after pictures of what he had done. I am amazed at my recovery. I can now lift my arm all the way up with no pain at all. My right shoulder has a gross scar. Dr Ni made two 1" cuts on my shoulder and now I can't even find where they are. Dr Ni was very courteous and we laugh about the way I think he did an incredible job and I am so grateful to have him as my surgeon. I am 68 years old and have had multiple surgeries over the years. I think Dr Ni is a great surgeon . I would not hesitate to go back to him if the need arises. Ron Rudi

This "doctor" had the worst beside manner i have ever experienced. I find this ironic since his staff is awesome. I was injured walking and this wonderful doctor refused to fill out my company fmla form. I now might be docked 2 weeks or 3000 because of this wonderful human being that could not take 10 minutes to help a new patient. Thanks Dr. Ni

Dr. Ni has a great bedside manner, is very knowledgeable and explains things to you.. He also answers any questions you might have and spends time with you.. My experience every time I have gone to him has been pleasant even when I broke my ankle.. I recommend him highly and I am very picky about the doctors I see and how long I have to wait to see them. The wait was short every time..
