Very Disappointed
He wasn't a good doctor nor his staff. He tells one thing then his staff will call you with another recommendation. Had me so confused and I flit I wasn't getting the proper care.

I love Dr. Trujillo.
Dr. Trujillo was recommended by my neurologist, who has been my most trusted and best physician for a large part of my life. He was right to recommend Jaime! He is kind, caring and listens with respect when you talk to him. I am so pleased with his standard of care that I have asked him to also be my PCP as well as my endocrinologist. I have an inherited and rare autoimmune condition and no one has been able to find an alternative medication to synthyroid which makes me very emotional and ill. Dr Trujillo cared and listened to me enough to research and find an alternative medication which I am doing well on. Also they actually answer the phone and respond promptly. The staff is kind and efficient. They extend the courtesy of not overbooking so your wait time is 10-20 minutes. My best experience has been; I was at the emergency room one weekend and poorly treated. But, fortunately it appeared on my chart. His office was on the phone at 9 AM on Monday, concerned and saw me promptly. Yes!

Horrific experience. Was told the new med I was about to receive by IV that I would be totally fine with as no other patients in their practice had EVER had any reactions to or from it. The 2nd day after my infusion I was in the Emergency Room with a fever of 105° and extremely ill. After about a week when finally discharged from the hospital I called to speak to SOMEONE who would understand my concerns at this practice, not only was I passed around multiple times by phone, but I was again reminded that NO ONE FROM THERE had EVER had any such reactions and surely I must be mistaken. The rudeness encountered was deplorable, I was not allowed any follow-up appointment ever again with any staff member after my harrowing experience. Since then numerous deaths have been reported from the usage of this drug. Zero concern or compassion and years later I still have unbelievable complications from this Drug that never bothered anyone else ever in this practice except me...imagine that...????

The doctor gave me information that was wrong on statins effects on cataracts. He defends big Pharma over patients. Do not plan on using him in the future.

Been a patient for years over 10 years. Feel the practice has deteriorated to the point I will have to find another health care professional for care of my diabetes. Had me come in during corona virus for an office visit before refilling my insulin after being seen in January. All patients sick and well check in at same desk sick are sent back downstairs after everyone has been at the same desk without wiping down anything. Watched office personnel come out to lobby and use a personal solo cup to dispense water at a machine and placed lip of cup against Dispenser. Visit went no better voiced concerns about staying at public facing job and was told to wash hands and wear mask if worried even after I was hospitalized within last 6 months due to diabetes complications and having been sick twice so far this year. Medicine refills a mess. Sent in nurse To verify information and was told they know what they are doing went to pick up meds and find they are again sent to wrong pharmacy

This doctor is a godsend! For years I was asking the military doctors for a bone density scan and they told me not to worry about it! At my 1st appointment with Dr. Trujillo he scheduled it immediately (without me asking)! He really cares about his patients.

Excellent! Trujillo,Md has been my physican as well as my husband's physician since 1977. He is very in tune to his client's needs physically, mentally, and emotionally. There is nothing I could improve on him or his staff including Mps and PAs. Thank you for your endless supply of holistic care. As an RN for 30 years after being an NA of 14 years , I have stringent requirements. The Salem center he has there has also helped was my diabetes.

He was very condescending from the beginning of the appt. Did not listen to me at all, and ignored all of my medical records that were already in the system. Though I was recently diagnosed w/ a condition, he ignored it and prescribed me a medication that I had already tried before& had negative reactions. The staff is friendly but did not seem to acknowledge incoming patients & continued their conversation. It was very easy to make the appointment & probably because most of his patients leave

Worst dotor vist/care EVER! Sent Rx to wrong pharmacy. Wrote WRONG dosage of insulin down. I corrected. She changed it. STILL wrong. I caught it 2nd time! Doc spent MAYBE 5 mins and I literally had to ask him to slow down as I had questions (he had the door half opened & was ready to run out) Didn't address present oral meds, didn't show how to give insulin shot (I'd never done it before). Just rushed me out to figure it all out by myself. Take my advice: find yourself another doctor.

Was switched to Dr. Trujillo after Dr. Sollenberger left the practice. I waited 45 min to an hour for a 5 minute appointment with Dr. Trujillo. He's a nice enough guy but I could tell he wanted in and out since the waiting room was jam packed. I got a notification of my lab results via patient portal and no call to explain what's going or new meds needed. Called the office to ask myself and was transferred to an answering machine. Will be finding a new doctor.

Awful! I used to see Dr Sollenberger at this practice and he was amazing! When he moved on, I decided to give Dr Trujillo a try. I waited an hour past my appointment time. They did not take my weight, the nurse used foul language and talked about the other nurses in the office. Then when Dr Trujillo came in, he spent 5 minutes with me, gave me no helpful instruction and just said look for trends and adjust Seriously?! This was my initial visit with him! Worthless.
