I didn’t wait long in the waiting room, spoke with the nurse and waited about 5 minutes before Dr Rawson came in to see me.

Dr. Rawson is a kind caring professional who takes the time it takes to understand your issues and is very thorough in her testing. I’ve seen her for several years and even when she switched to a different group I made sure I followed her practice.

Dr. Rawson was recommended by my PCP after I suffered a seizure in 2021. I was able to schedule an initial visit with her in approximately a month after I completed all of the tests my PCP ordered. The tests were inconclusive. I was very pleased with Dr. Rawson's recommendation for my care as it resulted in actually diagnosing what may have caused the seizure. I have not had any issues with scheduling follow up visits. I have recommended Dr. Rawson to others who have needed to find a neurologist.

Zero Patient Respect (don’t value patients time)
It took weeks to get an appt. with a doctor in this neurology office. I took the first available, as I’ve been dealing with some serious issues for some time. I was given an 8 am appointment time on May 25, 2023. I arrived at 7:57 and was asked if I brought my paperwork, I said I had no paperwork and that my doctor sent it to them. She then told me that they have paperwork that I was supposed to bring with me. I asked how would I have known of this paperwork? She said I had to download it from their website and they called two days before on May 23rd to tell me and they left me a voicemail. I showed her on my phone that nobody from the office called my phone. DR RAWSON REFUSED TO SEE ME FOR ARRIVING EARLY AT 7:57 WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK HER OFFICE FAILED TO REMIT TO ME. Her office failed to do its job. Dr Rawson is so concerned about losing a few minutes, showing she has no respect for my very HEALTH! This is costing me setbacks of MONTHS SCHEDULING THESE SPECIALIST APPT.
