Dr. Jaime Kibler-McCormick, DO

Each time I seek care I receive the 'run-around.' First appointment is usually easy but never with the actual doctor; front desk rep will grill patients bark questions automatically, verses making a caring inquiry (eg. Covid questions). Follow up support appointments are difficult to get; often told to go to urgent care or ED instead, especially if need blood drawn (didn't used to be this way).. Staff would not allow me into the office to receive a flu test; I had to sit in the car in 97 degree temp and wait for them to come test me. Original phone inquiry regarding type of flu test was ignored. Staff argumentative and interrupts vs. listens when patient is speaking; makes unfounded assumptions of patient or previous conversations with other staff members. In past visit, PA was clueless about nebulizers or how to write a prescription; what she wrote was rejected by insurer because it lacked any details. Seems care is half-hearted or perhaps based on profitability margin.

Dr. Kibbler has been my lifesaver, literally. I have been struggling with Pre-diabetes and diabetes for over 10 years and with high blood pressure for over 14 years. I moved to her in October 2019 and she immediately moved me to new RXes for both issues. By January 2020 we saw both issues mellow out to the point that I did not have to worry about it day to day. She has a GREAT bedside manner and truly cares about her patients. I hope to continue my way back to wellness with her help.

Dr. Kibler is professional knowledgable and thorough in all phases of her client care. Been seeing her for some time and completely trust her judgement.

Incredibly knowledgable and up to date on medicine. Listens to patient. Very organized and takes patients on time.
