Dr. Jaime Hernandez, MD

Dr Jaime Hernandez is an excellent Doctor. He is very respectful and professional with great bedside manner. The staff are very welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Hernandez for great healthcare.

My Mother was Dr Hernandez’s patient for more then 20 years. He has always treated her with the upmost respect and professionalism. Now that I am in need of a dependable Doctor I choose Dr. Jaime Hernandez.

I would highly recommend him as your family doctor. I have been taking my mother for a long time there and he has always cared for her. He has an excellent staff that always treat you welcome to his office.

I loved how well i was treated and seen by the doctor and the staff. Highly trained professionals. I would gladly recommend family and friends to the place. Better than most places i have gone here in the valley.

Use to have great staff, now I find the new staff arrogant, rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Instead of helping the patient they make you feel as if you are a burden. What good is a doctor with such unprofessional staff. Office manager should be a better leader and not hide in her office. My parents, my brother and myself were patients but not anymore thanks to the incompetence of the office staff and manager. There are great doctors with wonderful staff and managers but this is not one of them.

I've been seeing him for many years and in all that time I've seen him a handful of times. The front desk staff schedules you with PA's always. The reason you can't see him is because "he has too many patients". Well I'm one of those patients and I never get to see him. His front desk staff is very very rude and don't even look up at you when you approach the window. Totally ignore you. Never smile and treat you like a number.
