Excellent Surgeon!
The first time I met Dr Bohl I knew I was in good hands. She is very knowledgeable about her field and once she explained the surgery, my fears of having cancer and having surgery went away. I did have questions as the weeks led up to the surgery and even after my surgery, seeing her for exams post operation she talked things through with me again putting me at ease. I gave her a 5 star rating and if there was a times infinity attached to it, I would definitely check that box!

I went to Dr Bohl for potential colon issues, after a CT those concerns where cleared. Dr Bohl then referred me to another Dr and my problem was diagnosed. To have a Dr not to say I don’t have answer but to take the time to send me to someone she thought could help me was beyond appreciated. I live 5 hours away, and to have testing and appointments all in a day is only done by. a Dr that truly is for the patient. Thank you so much for your care. VCU has been nothing but professional in sending records for my follow ups closer to my home.

Dr. Bohl, MD is now at the Medical College of Virginia, VCU and we could not be happier. My wife had an unsuccessful prolapse colon surgery in 2000. She was very hesitant to entertain having another, The issue had gotten worst so we meet with Dr.Bohl. From the first meeting, preops, the successful operation itself, to recovery we could not have ask for a better treatment. With Dr Bohl knowledge, theroness and passion I would not hesitate to send a love one to her care. Available to answer more.

I seen her back in 2010 and she did surgery and removed so many inches from my rectum up and I had a colostomy for 6 weeks till that was healed. I went back in 6 weeks and had the reversal on the bag. She is the best in my eyes. I sure did hate to hear she was moving. I haven't had a doc this good since. I was seen by her at Oschners in New Oreleans. Sure would love to see her again.
