Great doctor!
Dr Patel came highly recommended when I was trying to find a doctor for my continued foot pain. She was very knowledgeable and explained what was causing my pain in detail. She answered all of my questions and was so personable. She was attentive to my needs, made me feel very comfortable and didn't rush me out like some doctors do. She is a great doctor and I am glad I found her.

unnecessary procedure causing denied coverage
My child saw Dr. Patel because of pain on the bottom of the foot when she was walking. Dr. Patel diagnosed my child had a wart on the foot and prescribed medicine to remove it at home. This should be a very straightforward office visit. For an unknown reason, Dr. Patel also trimmed a little skin around the wart and Carle charged $589 for this procedure and the insurance denied it. Does Dr. Patel know what are necessary medical procedures covered by insurance. Be careful about what she does to treat you because it may cause a big medical bill to you.

Would not recommend this doctor
Dr. Patel was extremely unkind and insensitive towards an elderly patient. I would never recommend her.
