Dr Chu is magnificent, but his medical assistant Mercedes is something-else. My mom Faye explained to Mercedes she will need a butterfly in order to be successful in drawing her blood. She attemped to draw my mom's blood the first time with a 21 gauge needle. During the procedure Mercedes blames my mom saying she was moving which was not true. The second time Mercedes used the correct size needle a 23 gauge butterfly. This time it worked, Dr pls talk to her, she won't listen to your patients. Tx

Doctor chu is awsome!! I would have gave him 5 stars .But the kids that work in his office are verrrrryyyyy unprofessional ,lazy & rude!!!!!!!!!
