Wonderful Dr.put me at ease explained everything to me in a professional and caring manner

I should have advocated more for myself. I don’t want to give the gory details but I would NEVER subject myself to her exam again. No would I recommend anyone over the age of 50 to be examined by her.

Upon meeting Dr. Jacqueline Todd it was clear that first impressions hold weight. Despite her 30 years of experience her demeanor seemed distant and somewhat cold. While I respect her expertise I couldn't. Notice a lack of warmth and personal connection, in her bedside manner. Without delving into specifics that led to my one star review I would advise others to take heed of the accounts highlighting her perceived rudeness and impersonal approach. While Dr. Todds surgical skills are notch given her extensive career it's evident that her interpersonal skills, crucial, in her field leave much to be desired. Moreover she tends to push with surgical plans and can come across as abrasive when patients voice their opinions or concerns. While she does ask if patients have questions her responses often suggest that her decades of experience dictate the path forward.If she’s on call for your birth I would hold until next on call team. Just my two cents

Arrived 20 minutes late, didn't apologize or acknowledge it. Didn't introduce themselves. She was curt and rushed through the appointment. She asked if I had any questions and spent the whole time standing by the door waiting to walk out. Didn't wait for me to finish my question before attempting to answer it, then once she understood the question gave me a wrong answer. Skipped so many steps that the nurse had to find me in another office to follow up, and additional phone calls for the same reason. She didn't set me up with the following prenatal appointment either. I'm glad I followed up with another doctor to ask. Avoid her however you can.

Currently rotating through doctors at the practice to meet them all for delivery. Out of all of them, Dr. Todd has made me feel the most comfortable. She is thorough, explains things well, and didn’t want to rush through the appointment. She even brought up the option for testing that the other providers may have not considered for me.

I did not have a good experience. She seemed that she could possibly be thorough, however, no bedside manner. Do not schedule with her if you are a bereaved parent.

I had my very first appointment with Dr. Todd today. Of course I did my research and found mixed reviews. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the level of service I received. There wasn't a long waiting period. Her staff was kind and genuinely enjoyed working with her. Dr. Todd greeted me like I was her only patient even though she had many others in the waiting room. I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends.

I would give no stars if I could. Least personable person in the profession.

Dr. Todd is the best.
