HORRIBLE BED SIDE MANOR
HORRIBLE!!!We arrived for the appt on time, waited 45 mins in an empty waiting room, then waited another 30 mins for dr villien to enter the room. Dr. villien walk in the room (did not speak or even introduce himself) he said what are you here for (like we were wasting his time)? I informed him we were there to follow up on lab work. he looks at the computer, then i assume he was checking breathing with his stethoscope, then he just walk out the room (as in the visit is over) with no explanation. So I said is that all he says yes ill repeat the bad labs. OKKK what are the bad labs and how or why are they bad, at this point he is out of the room. I said this is definitely our last time coming here, then he goes on to argue with me like i did him something. The African American nurse had to come make him walk away to defuse the situation. this visit was on dec 13 2024, i have been calling the office (harmon medical) to speak with the office manager and i have not received a call back.

Met Dr. Villien for the first time today as my physician and felt completely safe in minutes. I can't believe my good fortune ??. Dr. V is personable, warm, a great listener, and genuine.
