Dr. Jacques Aristilde, MD

I have been a patient since 2008 and now my daughter is also his patient. Dr Aristilde is extremely attentive, intelligent and directs your issues throughly. His staff is also wonderful. They all go above and beyond.

Dr. Aristilde is a wonderful doctor and he knows his stuff! He is the only doctor who had a idea about what was going on with me and diagnosed my issues and helped me get treatment. Same thing with my Mother! He will forever be my Primary!

I am impressed with Dr. Aristilde. He is friendly, patient, and responsive to patient needs and questions. He referred me to pain management for severe pain in my leg. Pain Management reported that their first available appointment was 6 weeks out, that was 2 weeks age. The pain is so severe that it is affecting my daily routine of sleep, comfort, and everything else. I have called Dr. Aristilde's office on several occasions to inquire of what I can do to reduce the pain a bit so that it is at least tolerable until the appointment with pain management. Each time I am told that they will check with the Doctor and call me back. I have yet to have anyone call be back with any kind of response!!!

Dr A. is a great doctor. He is attentive, friendly, and helpful. His office staff is the opposite. They fail to pass messages to the doctor, do not return calls, and have been very unhelpful.

Rude office staff. Hard to get an appointment. I was told by Kathy to go to the Suncoast Urgent Care clinic to update a prescription.It's unfortunate. He's good people, but he's just too busy and doesn't have the people around him to support him.

Wonderful person. If you have no medical need he is perfict. He is doing to much. He means well and is always kind. He offers his practice that he is the only doctor and is available 24/7. He also works for the hospital, to much for one man. If you don't need a doctor he is perfict. Please stop taking new patients unless the turnover is so high you have to to keep that insurance money coming in. I beg you to do better. My a1c is out of control had appointment his office lost my apartment. Look at me like o well. No new apoitment no call from office no call from doctor.

This doctor would not even see me three times staff saying due to covid. He told me yes he would see me do a home test first that didn't work ended up in the hospital. Yes I had a cough due to COPD not covid! Highly do not recommend

I share the exact same sentiments of others on the review of Dr Aristilde. His STAFF (KATHY!) is a deal-breaker! She REFUSES to pass any messages onto the doctor! I work at a Drs office as well and can tell you that a receptionist can make or break your connection to your doctor. KATHY is one of those! The Dr I work for would NEVER allow me to speak to a patient or patient's family the way KATHY speaks to them! DR A, STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO RETURN MY CALL OR DIDN'T KATHY TELL YOU?

My husband and I are both his patients. He is very caring and listens! You don't feel like just another number! Several in my family go to him. Pleasant staff also. M&L Stockwell

Dr. Aristilde is very, very on top of his patient's health care needs. I know of NO other doctor who even returns phone calls from patients on the weekends! He has taken very good care of me and I am so very glad he is my doctor.

My wife and I have both been seeing Dr. Aristilde for years and as long as we're in the area, we won't go anywhere else. He's a wonderful Dr. who truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Was fine, front desk staff during pandemic did not wear masks did not appear to abide by cdc guidelines.

He is the best Dr. I ever had. I miss him so much. After 8 years of no treatment & pain. came Dr. Aristilde! He actually reviewed & listened to the order of my list of conditions & how they're all linked. He has compassion, empathy, patience & makes time for you. He blew my mind when I showed a pain I had in my elbow, he put his finger on it as I bent, went got 2 needles injected it said it be back in 9mo. Ayear later it started. My pain Dr has no clue what it is & can't put his finger on it!

I’ve been looking for a primary doctor for awhile here in Springhill. I found Dr. Jacques and both my husband and I love him. He listens to you which many doctors don’t do anymore. I feel blessed to have found him!

Truly the most attentive doctor I've yet to see. He takes the time to listen to you and then provide feedback. I am very grateful to Dr. Aristilde for helping me figure out some long running medical issues I've had dismissed by many other doctors.

Best doctor in spring hill! great bedside manner. He is detailed and he cares. He doesn't just sit there and writes you a script and sends you on your way. He actually takes the time necessary to properly diagnose you.

Doctor and staff are very professional and caring. Accomadate appointments and scheduling. Doctor explains everything to patient. He is awsome with family members to understand there love ones condition. Highly rrcommend Dr. Aristilde.

I just met Dr. Aristilde yesterday. I was looking to establish a PCP and after a long exhaustive search, I can finally say I have found one. Dr. Aristilde was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.
