Dr. Jacqueline Wong, MD

Dr. Wong is good, but Alhambra Family Medical Center is just horrible. Don't visit them. They only accept cash. They don't accept your flexible spending or health saving card or debit card, not to mention credit card. This is totally ridiculous. I have never heard of a medical facility or clinic before that only receives cash. They don't provide you a formal receipt either which you can use to file claim to your flexible spending account or health saving account or your insurance by yourself. So basically you have to paid the copay out of your own pocket and cannot get reimbursed. They lie. When I scheduled the visit over phone they told me I could pay the copay using Paypal and then when I visited their office they told me they don't accept Paypal, and their staff all pretended none of them know about that. Their staff are very rude and impatient, not even bother to say a complete sentence with you. This is definitely the worst medical office I have visited.

Very difficult to call in the clinic. Nobody is answering telephone calls.

She is an excellent physician. Her front office staff is very disorganized and not functioning as it should including temperament of those individuals. Long wait usually. Expected at any doctors offices but a bit too long here. I was happy with her even though it was farther from my house than the man I had within walking distance my house. I needed to change doctors to see a specific allergist.
