Dr. Jacqueline Proudfoot, MD

Came out of the Hospital June 1st with a Vertical Arterial Dissection. This is the worst most incompetent Doctor in WA that PCHS hired. She not only forgets what you tell her, but writes "Will pay out of pocket referrals" and creates collections debts for her patients who otherwise are supposedly covered by the VA's new "Community Health" coverage. This is Malpractice there are many other instances and details of incompetence from order medication that I never agreed to, to not ordering urgent medications timely such as Insulin, Warfaring, or a follow up Vascular CT Scan. She also never put in the referrals for the specialists such as the Neurosurgeon who had to perform an emergency Spinal Fusion. Lawyer up if you are dealing with this bad doctor and have seen similar, you likely will need to get a BIG Jump on it. She is in WA state, but wondering if she "practiced" this way in California.
