Horrible follow up
Dr. Okada and her staff have horrible follow up. Have been waiting on tests and communication for over a month. When you message them they just say they're still waiting on results and never check on them. They're sure to respond with a non-answer so they can CYA. Kaiser updated their messaging system and no one gives a rip about actually checking on testing. It's very obvious no one cares.
