So Dr Fernandez today for an annual . Never in my entire life of 30 years getting pap smears have I ever experienced pain during and bleeding afterwards as I did from Dr Fernandes. She made sure to dig all in there to make sure she had enough. hey Dr Fernandez- it just takes a little tiny microscopic sample. I'VE NEVER EVEN HAD A MAN OBGYN DIG IN THERE LIKE SHE DID.. Don't see her. I'm warning you.

I was under the care of another OB Gyn in this practice. I moved and when I returned to this area, I went back to Women's Care Florida. I had little time and accepted to see this doctor instead of my previous one. Big mistake. She recommended a string of procedures that in the end were not necessary. I switched to another doctor in another practice and felt that was a good decision. If not, I would have had spent time going in between procedures for one thing or the other.

Really terrible experience. I’ve seen her twice and at first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt since Womens Care FL has a good reputation...but the second time confirmed my suspicions. First, my patient file was wrong and listed that I had a monogram 2 years ago which I never ever did. Then, when I asked her questions about my condition and her treatment suggestions she seemed irritated. I had to ask her TWICE to explain the condition to me. I also mentioned several items on my patient form that she never even addressed. PLEASE go to a doctor that truly cares and acts like you are more than a number.

I seen her a few weeks ago and still feel very upset about my experience. Felt like I was a bother to her day, very unwelcomed to be there. The front desk staff was great but very different feeling back in the exam room. No bedside manners and felt very uncomfortable having her assistant standing there next to the Dr looking at my privates too. Just felt VERY uncomfortable with everything. I had a lot of questions regarding menopause and all she wanted to do was order unnecessary tests.

Very rude when I asked questions about my condition. Rushed me to decide on a surgery I knew nothing about. Provided no additonal information on the best plan of care for my extremely painful condition. Bad bedside manner. I cried while left for an extended period of time waiting in the patient room. No effort used to help console me and my concerns. Would NOT recommend. Ruined my day, and it was my birthday. Unprofessional and mean. Dr. Kant -5 stars.

I would not recommend anyone going to this office. First of all, I was scheduled at 8:00AM, confirmed at 8:30AM and the doctor came late. I was a new patient, and instead of having me for a check up which I had no co pay, they scheduled me for different reason just to grab money from my insurance company, even I asked her. She just did a partial check up, nothing more. She wanted me to go in a month for check up where she said she was going to do the same exam. Not going back

Very low competency. May be able to pull the wool over those that have no idea what to expect or have no knowledge, but can not support her decisions with someone with knowledge.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Fernandes and staff! Dr. Fernandes and her nurse are very warm and truly concerned about the welfare--emotional and physical--of their patients. I occasionally become anxious about doctor visits and they made me feel at ease. They have always taken time to completely answer my questions. They do not rush in, rush out. A very professional, clean office as well.

Dr. Fernandes is an excellent MD. She is caring, pays attention to detail, and listen to the patient. She actively involves the patient in the plan of care and sits down and spends actual time with the patient. I am very happy I chose to go to her as my OB/GYN.
