Healthgrades is my go to resource prior to making appointments with any medical professional. If I make a review, it is made with honest and unbiased observation. There are certain benchmarks that should be held in any office; staff professionalism, appointment scheduling, wait time in the office, and office experience. The staff professionalism and appointment scheduling are exceptional-5 STARS, in addition to, bi-lingual. Where the office falls short is the wait time which was about 50 minutes without the front desk communicating to patients (despite having a 10:15 appointment); and the unprofessionalism exhibited by the doctor who yells your name from her exam room like one might do a cattle call for patients but the effort does save a few steps with the number of individuals waiting to see her. Despite, she is very thorough with the exam process and reconfirms her assessment. It comes down to meeting her overhead expenditures so do not be too shocked with your visit.
