Doctor co is the rudest human being I have ever encountered in any professional office she rudely cut off my questions unfriendly stuff. The whole visit was horrible.

The office is very industrial and dark. The staff are not the friendliest. Dr. Co is okay but not great on the bedside manner of things. She is a little abrupt. She was on my insurance plan and still opted to go to. Doctor not on plan and paid out of pocket.

I have had two Morpheus8 treatments with amazing results! I have had so many compliments on my skin as well as how tight my skin looks. Dr. Co does an excellent job and cares about pain management. I am another EYE SURGEON, and my office is also in Richardson, I also performed eyelid plastic surgery for years. In the last 14 years, I have only done Flapless LASIK or No Cut LASIK. I have had several incredible experiences at Dr. Co's office. I travel from CA annually to visit this office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the receptionist. The office was clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I would receive. During my appointments, the doctors and team are very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. They take time to thoroughly explain everything that was happening during my exam and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. Took my son for a regular check up since he did not pass his vision test in school and Dr. Co was really nice and professional. She made us feel comfortable with all the information that was given. I would definitely recommend Dr. Co. I will be coming back with my mom and dad for cataract evaluation and surgery if needed.

Dr. Co as rushed, abrupt, and spent very little time with me. She was ready to book me for surgery without discussing anything. I came away with an uneasy feeling and chose another dr for my surgery.

My experience with Dr. Ko is that she is a brilliant ophthalmologist and surgeon. Admittedly, she can be quick, even perhaps sometimes terse, to explain simple or common procedures. Imagine perhaps asking Michelangelo how to paint a house. That said, my experience is that if you ask her to slow down, she is happy to explain things to you, and you get the counsel of the woman whom other ophthalmologists turn to when they have questions. I consider us lucky to have such a capable surgeon here in the Dallas suburbs. If you need the best of the best, go to Dr. Ko.

Dr Co is the rudest and worst ophthalmology specialist. DO NOT COME HERE! Don’t even try to talk to her or ask her questions. She will just tell you to google whatever questions you have.

Dr. Co is the rudest human being I have ever encounter in any professional office. She rudely cuts off any questions I have. She treated me like I’m an unintelligent person when I dared to ask questions. RUDE! Lack compassion! The worst bedside manner for a doctor! Do not go to her!

Not a good experience at all. Dr. Co was referred to me by a friend and I must admit not good service at all. For starters, her bedside manner leaves much to be desired, she gets frustrated with questions that of the norm for any procedure. I figured well as long as she does good surgery, I can overlook that. However, after doing my first cataract surgery, everthing was OK, the 2nd, she was late for surgery by about 2.5 hours without notice making me wait in the waiting room for that period, until I got tired an left. Prior notice would of been nice. She has been away on emergencies for 6 months, have not been able to schedule followup visits that are now way overdue since spring. Her office staff says they will call me when it can be schedule, but then never do. 3 times they promised to call and never did. their computer system went down for a week, again they promised to call - did not. Best to schedule your surgeries with a doctor who will be there for you.

PLEASE DON'T COME HERE!!! THE WORST SERVICE THAT I NEVER GOT BEFORE. SHE JUST SPENDS 3 MINUTES FOR MY MOM AND SHE SEEMS MY MOM NOT HER PATIENT. WHEN I ASK QUESTION SHE DOESN'T WANT TO ANSWER.

Dr. Co has been my opthalmologist for a number of years. She performed cataract surgery on both eyes with excellent results. I visited Dr. Co because I had many floaters in my eye which were not going away. She is experienced enough to recognize that I had a tear in my retina. This is not something any doctor would automatically recognize but she knew what was looking at and got me to a surgeon. I would have otherwise begun losing eyesight in that eye had it not been treated (she no longer performs this particular surgery herself but used to). I am diabetic and she takes that very seriously and stays on top of monitoring my vision in that regard. Dr. Co performed laser surgery to reduce pressue in my eye. I recommended Dr. Co to a close friend and she and her husband now see Dr. Co

Dr Co is the best ophthalmologist I have ever encountered. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. My husband, adult daughter and myself have all been taken care of by Dr Co for the last two years. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and above all, she is honest and explains everything to the patients. My husband has had one surgery and I have had cataract surgery on both eyes. I can now see distance and read without any aid at all. Her staff is respectful, helpful and friendly. They all call us all by our first names before we even sign in. We know that we can reach the office by phone or text and will be answered as soon as possible. We will all continue under Dr Co’s care for our ophthalmologic needs in the future. We will continue to recommend her to our family and friends!

Many years ago while visiting Dr. Co for a routine eye exam, she inquired whether there was a history of diabetes in my family. I quickly replied, "Not that I am aware of." I had never been diagnosed as a diabetic. Based on her exam, Dr. Co advised me to see my primary care physician for lab work for confirmation. A couple of months later, blood work ordered by my PCP confirmed I am diabetic and probably had been for many years not knowing. I quickly began seeing a specialist and have improved my overall health by losing weight, medication management and exercising. As well, when my cataracts were advancing and affecting my vision, Dr. Co perform cataract removal and lens replacement on both of my eyes. For the first time in my life I no longer needed glasses, near or far correction. I went out the next week and purchased designer non-prescription sunglasses. Thank you Dr. Co!

Dr. Co takes excellent care of my family...from 12 to 80+. Wouldn’t fo any where else!
