I had a mass and i seen him at the la esperanza clinic. I dont have insurance and he helped me get this out and ended up with a hysterrectomy and he did an amazing job. And hes very open and understand and get down on ur level so u can understand.

He started out great; I was thrilled when he said he’d perform my tubal ligation for me. But then things went sour. Three years after surgery, I went to see him, saying I thought I was depressed and anxious. Without even verifying that I was actually mentally ill, he prescribed me with major depressive mood disorder pills and Xanax and then after three months cut me off with offers to help me find a PCP but damage was done already. Those meds were not good for me. I’ll never go back to him.

Dr. Ornelas has been my OB-GYN for about 5 years and delivered both of my healthy baby boys. His bedside manner is superb & he is such a joy to be around. He listens intently and goes above & beyond to ensure that you receive proper care. He is very insightful and always sure to make sure you understand what’s going on. I will continue to use him as my OB-GYN as long as we’re both in San Angelo! Love him!

Dr Ornales and his staff are awesome. They are all very kind, thorough, and understanding. I've dreaded men doctors all my love but Dr Ornales have never made me feel uncomfortable.

Dr. Ornelas is an awesom dr to have. You can tell he truly wants to help his patients do everything he can for them. He goes in detail about everything thats going on and explains everything. I am so thankful to have him as my dr and will continue to see him and will be recommending him to everyone i know.

Dr. Ornales made my first child experience amazing! He was thorough, thoughtful, very experienced and overall just a wonderful Doctor. Being young and not really knowing what to expect, he helped me and my partner step by step in the process. If I was still living in San Angelo I would HIGHLY recommended Jacob! He is the epitome of what you want out of your OBGYN. Scheduling appointments was a breeze and the staff was super friendly.

One of my favorite doctors to visit. Even though this kind of visit is uncomfortable, Dr Ornelas makes it fun. I always leave laughing and looking forward to my next visit. Everyone I have interacted with in his office has been amazing and I highly recommend him.
