His surgery scheduler does not return phone calls.
Dr. Kuperstock said that I needed surgery, in order to solve my sinus problems, and he gave me the phone number for his surgery scheduler. I called that number repeatedly, over a period of more than seven weeks. They never answer the phone, so I left messages. They never returned any of my calls. I need the surgery, and so after nearly two months I finally gave up and found another ENT. I had every confidence that Dr. Kuperstock would have solved my sinus problems, but it is simply impossible to make it happen. I have no idea how he stays in business.

Dr. Kuperstock was amazing for FFS! I had a wonderful experience with him and his team! I felt very comfortable with the detail explanations and responses that he had to each of my questions! I am a couple of weeks post op and I am loving my results and the cohesive and incredible work that he has displayed!

I really enjoyed my visits with Dr. Kuperstock. I was super anxious when I went to his office but, he was very kind and gentle. I was afraid I would not be able to get answers for my condition but he diagnosed it very quickly. He answered all my questions and his staff is so kind. I gave four stars only because sometimes I felt a little rushed.
