I asked to be seen earlier the same day of my appointment and I didn’t have any problem.

Takes time with me. Very easy to talk with. Explains risks and benefits about injections. MA Taneisha works extremely well with Dr. Clearfield. Medications and health history reviewed each visit. Appointment made with occupational therapy regain muscle function and flexibility.

The best doctor I've ever met. I've been having Orthopedic issues for 10 years. When Ascension Pain Management gave me a referral to see Dr CLEARFIELD I was so impressed with the time he took to listen. He typed notes and asked questions while we talked. It allowed me to know what he was putting in so we were both on the same page. I can't tell how important this is for further care with other doctors or if you are getting disability. He did a full comprehensive physical exam. I will say you have to learn not to overwhelm any doctor with 10,000 problems, you are better writing on a 3x5 note card about 5 issues. He will go through further care options and referrals for further treatment or diagnostic with specialist/ testing. 5 stars amazing support nurses and office staff.

Great bed side manners and very helpful and professional. I was initially rude and I apologized for doing so, but his friendliness and SMILE was contagious. I had to check myself because he was polite and did not deserve my rudeness. No Doctor or Nurse deserve that. I was having a bad day and in pain, but his positive attitude made me change my attitude to thankful and happy. ?? Ascension, I don’t know where you’re getting your staff since the pandemic, but I thank God for them. And I’m not the only one noticing this change. He stated he has been in the medical field for 10 years, but his demeanor states longer.

He came very highly recommended by several of my physicians, and he certainly lived up to their words! I found him very easy to talk to, as he was very respectful and treated me as an equal & a person. He answered all my questions in a way that met me at my level and was happy to clarify when I had follow up questions. He gave me a strong impression that he wanted to problem solve with me instead of give me a diagnosis and send me on my way. I would highly recommend him to anyone with chronic pain or fatigue, and probably everyone else as well.

Dr. Clearfield is patient during my office visits, careful to listen to my concerns and has given me helpful directives, always making me feel comfortable.

I saw Dr. Clearfield with a family member who was having an EMG test done, and had a very positive, memorable experience. He was extremely professional, personable, kind, understanding, and thorough in his time with us. He was very willing to answer questions, happy to explain what he was doing, share extra information with us, let us look at the instruments he was using, the screen and computer program, and more. Above all, he talked to us just like regular people, with excellent bedside manner
