He did my full mouth extraction a few years ago him and other staff were absolutely phenomenal I would recommend him to anyone that needs anything dental done

I just had a very complex surgical procedure done on my jaw that involved removing a large cyst, an impacted wisdom tooth and a molar. There was a good chance I could have had permanent nerve damage because of the location of the cyst. I am Day 3 post-op and have no nerve damage, am healing wonderfully, and have only minor pain, which is miraculous given the extent of my surgery. I have had nothing but professional, excellent experiences here and felt very confident in Dr. Nguyen’s ability to perform this complex procedure safely and comfortably. He is also very nice and has a sense of humor, which helps too. I highly recommend him!

This doctor certainly failed to either live up to my expectations or to adequately explain why I personally did not qualify for IV sedation, as advertised on the office website. I departed this office in a state of complete disgust!

AVOID THIS PLACE! The most incompetent people I have ever met. Three times we had to leave work early and pull my daughter out of school. There is always an excuse on why they will not see my daughter for oral surgery! THREE TIMES! One time it was due to insurance , they could not confirm her insurance. I had the insurance speak to them and confirmed that she has dental insurance. They would not see her because she was not in their system???? AWFUL and Pathetic! All about getting paid! After a whole MONTH of calling them and leaving voicemails (They NEVER pick up the phone) I finally got someone to reschedule the oral surgery appointment. We go today and they gave us a HARD time AGAIN! They said they do not have the referral from the orthodontist in THEIR Office! When she was seen by Dr. Dillion for braces, he said he would take care of the referral, I walked right over that day and made the appointment with Oral surgery. Dr. Dillon NEVER made the referral as promised, DID NOT notate her chart- NOTHING. And he is off today! So once again- lost wages at work and my daughter lost valuable school time. When Joslyn (they claim they do not have anyone by that name in their office- see what I mean? Pathetic) called to confirm the appointment yesterday, I told her that this is the THIRD time pulling my daughter from school and having to lose hours at work, I double checked and asked if she has every thing they need- she confirmed YES! The office needs to make sure that they have everything when they confirm the appointments! AVOID - do not use this place for anything, unless you enjoy run-arounds, headaches and dealing with lousy customer service!

One minute ago I am here now. I showed up 5 minutes late to my appointment and the office manager is refusing to allow me to be seen. I have an infection that can spread. I called multiple times prior to my visit to say I would be a couple of minutes late. The manager is refusing to give me the number to corporate offices or her supervisor. She only gave me an email to the legal department. She is also refusing to give me her name. This is the most unprofessional experience that I ever had in the medical/dental industry EVER.. Typical medical/dental companies allow a 15 minute grace period. I was under 10 minutes late and the dentist is still with the same client he waa with when I came in. I WOULD STILL BE WAITING. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I AM A REALTOR & U. S. ARMY VETERAN... I Would like this lady reprimanded. She works for the clients and refuses to provide her name or her managers or corporate's information. I do not recommend anyone come here. This is my worst experience ever.
