Dr. Jackelinne Villalobos, DO

Horrible bedside manners. Very unprofessional and rude. No compassion what so ever. Her staff doesn't even like her. I was a long time patient of over 7 years, and delivered my children. She has become a bitter woman. Keep your personal life out of your professional life. Your patients did not do you wrong.

The office is not punctual. The Dr is very unprofessional. She recommended I take a drug for diabetics, which I’m not! To lose weight. A drug with major side effects, that I’m not allowed to name on this website (all the celebs are taking it). On top of that blamed all my symptoms I’m having on my weight. My labs came back good. I’m not sure how she’s even in business still. Most definitely won’t be going back!!

DR. VILLALOBOS IS VERY NICE, BUT HER WHOLE PRACTICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR PATIENT. I STAYED WITH HER JUST FOR HER, BUT HOW FRUSTRATING THAT THE PEOPLE AROUND HER DONT CARE! I TRIED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN URGENT MATTER WITH HER, IT TOOK ME ALMOST A WEEK FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK, DESPITE 3 CALLS FROM ME TO REQUEST THIS FROM THEM, AND A VOICEMAIL. THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS DISMISSIVE AND SARCASTIC WHEN I SPOKE TO HER. DR. VILLALOBOS CALLS ME, AND LIKE I SAID, SHE IS VERY NICE, SETS UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR 2:50 PM THE DAY AFTER AND JUST LIKE THAT, THEY SEND ME A REQUEST TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT AT 9:50, WITHOUT ASKING ME OR CONSULTING ME. AND OF COURSE, THEY CLOSE AT NOON ON WEDNESDAYS, SO NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NO COMPASSION, NO CARE, NO EMPATHY. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, NOT TO MENTION, THE WORSE CUSTOMER CARE.

The experience with Dr Villalobos did not end well. I was very distraught about her not being present during the delivery, which I would normally understand since she wasn’t on call. However, I had health problems during my delivery and spent three days in the hospital, and she didn’t even give me a phone call. I chose her because I thought she cared for her patients, sadly it doesn’t look like that was my particular case.

I was pregnant with my first baby at 37. Knowing this will be my only baby and having gestational diabetes, I was very nervous. I was so happy to find out Dr. Villalobos's practice is so closed to my home (so I don't need to go to Medical Cenrer) and she's specialized in high risk pregnancy. I was very blessed to have a smooth pregnancy. Not only the doctor, but the office staff and nurses make me really enjoy each visit knowing I was in good hands.
