Caring, kind and super smart!!! He is a WINNER!
Today was the second time in two years that Dr. O’Brien took care of my very elderly mother (soon to be 95). Even though she is burdened with some Alzheimer’s and a very low pain tolerance, his bedside manner, patience and “from the heart care” is extraordinary. He talked us through the various options and we agreed on an excision and biopsy. Usually, his NP does the Lidocaine injection for an excision, but given my mom’s age and sensitivity, he gave her the Lidocaine injection himself. He talked her through the excision process without condescending to her dementia which she greatly appreciated. The appointment was on-time and his staff and reception desk was thoughtful and courteous. Our wait time was less than ten minutes yes he took a lot of time with my mother. Greatly appreciated. I recommend him without hesitation.
