Great Doctor
Our family has been seeing Dr. Jack for over 10 years. He is a compassionate doctor. He listens well and thoroughly explains medical issues. He spends time with each patient, never rushes through the appointment. His practice recently changed from esse to BJC, which was a welcome change in our opinion.

Dr. Galbraith review
Dr. Galbraith is excellent. He cares about his patients and works with us to try to get health issues resolved. His staff is good as well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs a new doctor. Frankly, if you have a problem with 'Dr. Jack', you're bringing the problem with you.

Very Pleased with Care
Dr. Jack is always friendly, kind, and caring. He listens and doesn't judge. His approach to health is very holistic and I find that he truly cares about his patients as people, not just a disease process.

I GO TO DR. JACK AND I THINK HE IS WONDERFUL. VERY GOOD DR. LISTENS TO ME AND HE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT ME AND IS VERY GOOD WITH PATIENTS. GETS BACK TO YOU ON THE PHONE IF YOU NEED A QUESTION ANSWERED AND ALSO HAS A GOOD STAFF.

I GO TO DR. JACK AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR QUITE SOME TIME. HE IS A GREAT DR. HE LISTENS TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND HE GIVES YOU GOOD FEEDBACK. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY FRIENDS. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DOCTORS AND THEY DID NOT MEET TO MY STANDARDS. I AM TRULY HAPPY THAT I FOUND DR. JACK. HE DOES NOT RUSH YOU. HE HAS A GOOD OFFICE STAFF.

Not sure what happened with this group but it certainly took a turn for the worse. Went in to see them and asked for a prescription which upset my stomach. Called to ask if I could change and was told I had to come back in even though I was in the week prior. Seems like they just want to get their hand a little deeper in your pocket. I'm sure a quick phone call would have been sufficient since I had just seen them the week prior. They did give me the opportunity for a teledoc meeting so the could get paid. No thanks....time to move on.

Very disappointed in the care and lack of compassion displayed by this doctor and his staff. It has not been a single incident but has been a consistent problem with this office and has only become aggravated by the pandemic. The behavior of the the staff and doctor during this medical emergency has been poor indeed detrimental to mental and physical health.

I have been seeing dr jack for about four years now. Absolutely love him. I feel I get great care from him. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

AS A LONG TIME PATIENT OF DR. GALBRAITHS, I COULD NOT BE MORE DISPLEASED WITH HIS RECENT MOVE AND STAFF WITH ESSE. WE REQUESTED A CHANGE IN DR. FOR MY WIFE DUE TO THE POOR SERVICE SHE RECEIVED FROM HER DR. HIS OFFICE REFUSED TO TRANSFER MY WIFE TO DR. GALBRAITH. I INFORMED THEM THIS WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHY WOULD THEY WANT TO LOSE AN ENTIRE FAMILY ON TOP OF THE MANY REFERRALS I HAVE SENT HIM. THEY COULD CARE LESS. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MORE UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZTION.

Dr. Galbraith is very thorough and caring. I have never gotten the Me Doctor you just listen attitude that I have had with physicians in the past. He always listens and takes the time to discuss several options that you have regarding your medical condition.

U have to talk to a call center then they talk to the nurse you can't go to the nurse first they take foe every to get back to u very unprofessional and sometimes it take 2 days or more to get back to u. Also had a test done didn't get no results would not know my results unless went to metro images.
