Dr. Jack Cribb, DO

Dr. Cribb has been my physician since he took over the practice. He is a very compassionate and understanding Dr. His staff is very helpful and friendly. I recommend him highly.

I just moved out of Michigan and the insurance I had there wont work in my new location. OUT OF NETWORK... My new insurance doesn't kick in till after the 1st of the year and then I have to go through the process of finding a new GP. Being over 1,200 mile frome there office, I called to ask the doctor to please call me one prescription refill in so I can make it until I have a new Doctor and insurance. The person I spoke to on the phone just said NO. She didn't say she would ask the doctor or speak to anybody else she just told me no. Now I'm rather worried because this medication is not the kind that you can just stop taking without consequence. I don't know what to do...

After being a patient of Dr. Cribbs for about 5 years, I was dropped as a patient because I had not been in for several years, due to not being sick. When I tried to make an appointment, office staff told me the dr. refused to see me as a patient, and that I was not a good fit for them. When I questioned that, since I had previously been a patient for 5 years, I was told I would have to find another dr., and was hung up on.

My mom is his patient and I accompany her when I can. He is warm and attentive while being clear, well informed and up to date, especially in regard to meds - desirability, possible side effects, etc. He takes the time to explain medical issues so that the patient can understand both the problem and the treatment and their role in addressing their health problems. He treats patients with respect and compassion. I have confidence in his recommendations and would recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Cribb is a wonderful Doctor. Always helps me out with anything I have. Takes time with me and shows he cares for his patients.

Been with him since Doc Ramona left. Always there when I need him. Even did an emergency pelvic exam for me. Non judgmental. Easy going. Chides me about my weight. Good guy.

Useless

Did not address specific problems in two instances which each only two days later required hospitalization or in one case eventual surgery. Actually stated having me come back as many times as my insurance would pay for. Had none of these problems Or number of requested by previous Dr who retired nor following Dr that I transferred to after dissatisfaction with Dr Cribb.
