Dr Cossman is the most down to earth doctor I've ever been to!!! He creates a comfortable atmosphere for his patients, which is important especially considering that I was nervous about my skin condition. He explained treatment options and made me feel at ease. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends! He is the best!

Dr. Cossman is extremely thorough and patient with his explanations. He is very knowledgeable, and he exudes passion for medicine. Very willing to teach about the diagnoses and he makes you feel at ease. He also gives many different treatment options. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who would like a professional, pleasant experience.

I had a rash on my face for months. I was so embarrassed. Another dermatologist treated me but not so effectively. Dr. Cossman recognized something was unusual and did a biopsy. He got the right diagnosis and treated me the right way. At follow up, he suggested a skin check, taught me a lot about the skin, and gave me great suggestions. I am so happy!!!

I have numerous skin conditions and growths. Dr. Cossman is extremely thorough, pleasant, and instructive. He diagnosed melanoma in my friend and has found several skin cancers on me. I’m very grateful for his meticulous and wonderful care.

Completely misdiagnosed what became a serious case of shingles.- no biopsy was taken and I was prescribed some steroid cream. This was the 2 nd visit to Hennessy dermatology after also being misdiagnosed by Frank the PA who also never took a biopsy. What ensued was a month of agonizing pain from what 3 other doctors subsequently diagnosed as shingles. If a biopsy was taken as is protocol I would have been put on medication that would have dramatically improved the pain. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.
