Dr. Jack Cassell, MD

Dr. Cassell was referred to me by my primary, and I’m happy he was. He is caring and extremely informative. He will never rush you through an appointment and will explain any issue with your health thoroughly. Recently, I had a procedure performed on me by Dr. Cassell that has made a positive impact. Again, all professional and expertly done. His staff is excellent, and efficient. I would recommend Dr Cassell to anyone in need of a top urologist.

From start to finish it was a nightmare. They never checked to make sure they would take my insurance come to find he has a problem with Obamacare and then sent me a bill for cash. Also was billed for a procedure that wasn't performed 400 dollars

Dr.Cassells office is negligant of telling time. I was in the office today as a new patient, I checked in before I I needed to be there. I filled out all my paper work , was told I'd be the next one to be called back. After sitting there for another hour, I approached the receptionist again only to be told I was next. Finally I had enough of my time wasted, I decided to leave. I rescheduled my appointment to November. Not sure if I will go back .

Dr Cassell had been my doctor for 20 years and I trust him like I would my own son. He takes the time to make sure you understands what's going on and answers all questions. I put my life in his hands. I recommend Dr Cassell

This doctor was not wearing a face mask during the pandemic while seeing patients. He may be wearing one now in the office since the mandate, but does still not wear a mask while shopping retail in Mount Dora where their us a mask mandate.

This "physician" is absolutely incompetent. My husband endured 2 vasectomies and neither one worked. Since we paid out of pocket and he couldn't milk the insurance company to explore what he did wrong, he simply told us he had no idea what happened and couldn't help us. He refused to refund any of our money and suggested we go to another doctor. Two years of our time and quite a bit of money wasted. Vasectomies are simple procedures. I should have known when I walked into his dingy office and saw that his degree is from the Bahamas that it most likely meant he wasn't smart enough to get one here. He couldn't even interpret or explain the sperm analysis. We had to google to get an explanation. That means I may actually know more than him now. Save your time and aggravation and go to literally anyone else.

Doctor was absolutely wonderful, took plenty of time with me in his office as well as prior to surgery.
