My 5 year old came here I’m separated from his dad and have had restraining orders in place. He’s dating someone in the office, He told me our son was sick but wouldnt give prescriptions. Called several times to try to get prescriptions and even try to schedule appointment to be seen or even know what illness my child has or transfer the prescription for me. I’ve called lvm and sent emails and not sure if they’re even getting to the doctor. She placed me on a 6+ minute hold only for my ex during this time to ask why I’m calling the doctors office. Very unprofessional all around

Dr. Jacintha Brillante is the worlds BEST pediatrician! She has saved both my children through hard medical times to FULL RECOVERY with her compassionate simple humble yet wise ways. She ALWAYS listens to your concerns and open to questions when you ask for further information so she'll explain to you. LOVe her Indian cultural way of being and so professional and SINCERE. If there's a doctor to trust, I go to her!!!! Plus her staff/office reps Alexis, ALL are welcoming like a loving family.
