A very good primary care doctor
I have had Dr Carouba for my primary care physician for a number of years and he has been very good in diagnosing and treating different medical conditions I have had. Even when I had spine surgery a couple of years ago he came to my hospital room the morning after my surgery to see how I was doing. I'm glad he is my doctor as I can trust him to help me.

Dr izzat Carouba took care of me during 2 hospital stays last year. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He answered all my questions . It was very scary for a woman my age, 80 years old to be sick. He gave me comforting words , encouragement, and is the reason I’m back to normal today. Thank you, you’re the BEST!!! I’m eternally grateful to you Dr Carolina.

He doesn't listen to his patients, and he doesn't like if his patients looks up more information about the medication that is being offered to treat patients. As he did me

My experience with Dr. Carouba & whole office was terrible. He left me waiting in the office while he texted from the hallway and carried on casual small talk with the medical assistants right outside the room I was in. Because of his complete disregard for my time, I left after TWO HOURS. I was then put on hold while at check out so the receptionists could finish their conversation. I had to just say my name and walked out. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE! First and last visit!

I've been seeing Dr. Carouba for a few years now and have found his knowledge, support, and service to be top notch. Unlike many, he does engage dialog and understands. As many have said, the wait in the lobby is an issue, but the office appears to be working on that. In addition, the wait in the office has nothing to do with the expertise, skill, and level of care delivered by the physician. After all.... some doctor's get you in quick and do nothing. I thoroughly appreciate Dr. Carouba!

Getting very frustrated by the lack of response to my request. Office visit are all ways very lengthy due to the long waiting period. 2 to 3 hours is typical for an appointment with about 15 mins of being seen.

First time visiting the office and I wanted two hours. I ended up leaving without being seen because I had to return to work. The waiting room was completely crowded. This office was completely over booked. After speaking to some of the patients while waited this is is common practice. In addition the receptionist was very unapologetic. I understand a doctors time is valuable but the same should stand true for their patients.

Made an appointment, arrived on time, waited over an hour and a half, told the receptionist that I had to go, was told there is only one patient ahead. All the time I waited, there were only two other people in the waiting room. Later, received a phone call apologizing for the wait. Called to make an appointment, was kept on hold for well over 5 minutes when I hung up. He may be a good doctor, but I will never try again to see him.

Dr Carouba been my doctor for six years. Every time i go to the office they treat me very well. What I like about Dr. Carouba, he spends time explaining everything I need to know about my health. Every time I call for refills, they response right away and send my scripts to the pharmacy. Very satisfied with Dr. Carouba and his staff.

I wouldn't drive 180 miles round-trip if I didn't think it was worth it. Manages several major health issues with care, precision and coordinating all procedures between other specialists. I actually look forward to my visits with Dr. Carouba, well, almost.
