Doctor Carrasquilla has been my doctor for 24 years. He has literally saved my life in more than one occasion, and I am truly great full. He takes the time to listen and explains things to you thoroughly. He never rushes you like some other doctors. I know he really cares about his patients and wants the best for us. His staff is extremely helpful, they call you with follow ups and reminders. They call you when you have a referral and give you the information you need. They call you and let you know your lab results are in and you can view them on the App. They know you by name when you walk in the door. These are the little things we take for granted and we have lost throughout time. I would like to thank Doctor Carrasquilla and his team for keeping the human connection and really caring about people. We need more businesses like this that keep that human connection and care about you as a person, not a dollar sign.

Dr Carrasquilla has been my family doctor for over 15 year and every visit I feel like i am treated as a family member. Staff is diligent and friendly. I trust his clinical skills and kniwledge. He is caring, he listens and explains in great detail my medical issues. He has great bedside maners. I aleays recommens him to family and friends without sny reservations. Dr. Carrasquilla was my family doctor, I stopped going to him because he was never available, even though I had scheduled appointments to see him. They always replaced him with a nurse, which I found unacceptable. When I had to go to his office, the people at the front desk were not very friendly and helpful, after I was transferred to the office they made me wait for almost an hour just to learn that the my doctor was not available and that I had to be seen by a nurse!. I did not like the lack of customer service and that my supposed doctor was never available.

Sometimes I wait for Dr. Carasquilla but always gives me the time to go over all my issues. As he does with all his patients. He really listens and try’s to help me with my problems. Or just to keep me Healthy. So glad he’s my doctor.

Terrible experience with in person visit with this doctor. Impossible to get a response by phone, email even with a full staff office and with no response. After making an appointment in person the doctor hamulates me by accusing me of lying on my scheduled appointment. He may be ready to retire. Very unprofessional doctor and staff.

I am now 70 years old, and as we know, health problems get bigger and bigger the older we get. To have a doctor who COMES TO YOUR AID WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST is LITERALLY A LIFE EXTENDER. During Coronavirus, its feels like there is more bad news than good news, at least for me. But GOD MAY BE LOOKING OVER ME AFTER ALL, with LIFE EXTENDER DR IVAN CARRASQUILLA. For real. Last week I went for my yearly physical with Dr. Carrasquilla, as always it was a very pleasant and reassuring experience that I have a doctor and medical staff that truly care for my well being. I have been going to Primecare for almost 20 years, and they have never disappointed me, they always take time to go over my medical symptoms, needs, test, concerns and always follow up. This year my yearly physical was specially important to me and my family as I hospitalized in April for 11 days due to serious Covid symptoms. Doctor Carrasquilla was in touch with me through my initial symptoms and instructed me when it was time to go to the Urgency care at UM (Doctors Hospital). I have never taken the time to write a review but I think it is well over due for the last 20 years of great care and service from Dr. Carrasquilla, Teresita (kindest hands in the blood business), Marta and many others that over the years make me feel at home while I am taking care of my health.

Excelente.. Dr Iván Carrasquilla has been my doctor for many years. Dr carradquilla is friendly, with a lot of medical knowledge, helpful, meticulous. He has never stopped working in the worst times of the pandemic. He always communicates with me to discuss the results and follow up in person if necessary. The personal staff is professional. He has helped me in the most difficult moments and has been present in my life supporting me in all the medical decisions of the multiple chronic conditions from which I suffered with great compassion and diligence.

Excellent, is a very professional, caring, dedicated physician. I trust his medical advised. He explains in great details my medical conditions without rushing. I trust him 100%

Terrible experience. Almost impossible to get an in-person appointment in the past 2 years. Doesn’t return phone calls. He was totally unavailable for many months at the height of the Covid epidemic. No follow up ever. Very unprofessional staff. They make you wait on the sidewalk if there are 1 or 2 patients in the waiting room.

Dr. Carrasquilla-Escoto always took excellent care of my family since the 90's.

His insight is incredible. I wasn’t feeling fine, losing weight. I had gone to other doctors that could not pinpoint the problem. He ordered an A1C and found out I was diabetic. Thanks Dr. Carrasquilla, now I am under control!
