Dr. Ivan Briones, MD

Rude disrespectful I would never refer anyone to this provider. He doesn’t listen to his patients and is very insulting I’m glad he is leaving Baltimore, MD I filed a formal complaint in hopes that if he does try and come back it will be on file. I wish most patients would complain that’s why they feel they can treat patients any kind of way and don’t have to listen or even review our records. He rushes threw the appointment and never listened the only way I got what was needed was to complain to his supervisor. Now I have a better provider who has a much better bed side manor .

I’m going miss you Dr. B! I won’t find another doctor like you. Keep up with that beautiful spirit you have & never never never stop being so down to earth. Enjoy your new stay & send my a post card lol.

Dr. Briones is an awesome doctor. He is very personable and thorough. I never feel rushed with him and he listens to his patients.

I had a first time appointment with Dr,Briones today for a pre-op because my primary physician was unavailable. I found Dr.Briones to be very thorough and exceptionally pleasant. He took the time to explain the procedure I was scheduled for. He went through all my medications and told me what not to take before day of surgery. I enjoyed my visit with Dr,Briones. I read a few negative previous reviews posted, and found them to be untruE .Dr.Briones is far from being RUDE and his bedside manners is excellent. If anything should happen to my primary physician,I would gladly make Dr.Briones my primary ....And, he has a good sense of humor..could it be the folk who posted him as being Rude, mistaken his sense of humor as being rude????????..He gets a 5 star score from me!??

Seemingly nice, but is actually an offensive doctor who will make you get unnecessary blood work, and make VERY RUDE comments. He says to me "You like to eat and don't like to excersize. You have on big clothes to conceal". I went to get screened for diabetes which didn't happen. He had a nurse give me a CDAP vaccine which hurt for 3 weeka. Also, he ordered so many blood tests they filled 5 bottles. Results were never explained. I told him some tests were unnecessary and he disregarded.

Dr. Briones didn't care to listen to anything I had to say. He immediately jumped on my weight and told me there couldn't possibly any other reasons for my problems. He also told me that I would be addicted to heroine in a few years for some reason. Instead of listening and working with me, he passed me off onto a specialist, collected his money, and said to see him in six months. I will not be going back.

Ivan Briones has no bedside manner. He does not listen nor does he take time to discuss & address patient concerns. On the whole Kaiser Permanente serves as a revolving door for inexperienced doctors.
