ZERO Appreciation for Patients Time
I had an appointment today at 11:15 AM. I waited an hour in the waiting room. I waited another 40 minutes in a room and was still not seen. I had a meeting at 1:15PM, so I came out of the room to see if he was going to see me soon. No one was there. The entire staff went to lunch and left me in the room for what would have been another 30 minutes in more. There was no communication or consideration.

I was scheduled for a stress test by my primary physician. Dr. Mantecon was supposed to be the "attending" physician at the test site. The whole test was done by a tech(?) whose badge said he was a vendor. I never saw, met or heard from this doctor. He never came in to review the results to me as I was told he would on that facility's instruction sheet. It is now exactly 2 weeks later and he still has not reviewed or signed off on the results. Until he does my primary can not give me the result
